What is a fully managed letting service?
With our fully managed letting service, we handle every aspect of renting out your property. We’ll advertise your property on major platforms like Zoopla, OnTheMarket, Primelocation, and Paramount Estate’s own website, along with our social media channels. We conduct guided viewings and manage negotiations with prospective tenants.
What happens when suitable tenants are found?
We take care of tenant referencing and required right to rent checks on all tenants, identify any necessary safety certifications for the landlord, manage the security deposit, conduct an inventory, and prepare the tenancy agreement to ensure all parties sign and witness it correctly.
What do we do during the tenancy?
Conduct any repairs and deal with maintenance issues
Chase rental arrears
Conduct regular property inspections
Provide annual statements and negotiate contract extensions
Towards the end of the tenancy, we will issue notices to the tenants, conduct a property inspection after the tenancy has ended and negotiate the return of the deposit and any monies owed by the tenants for damages.
